Intent

Intention is the starting point of every dream. ~ Deepak Chopra

It is the creative power that fulfils all of our needs, everything that happens in the universe begins with intention. When I decide to buy a birthday present, wiggle my toes, or call a friend, it all starts with intention.

An intention is a directed impulse of consciousness that contains the seed form of that which you aim to create. Like real seeds, intentions can’t grow if you hold on to them. Only when you release your intentions into the fertile depths of your consciousness can they grow and flourish.

Harmony :- A pleasing combination of elements in a whole, concord, unity, peace, friendship. Balance :- The state of being in equilibrium, even adjustment, mental steadiness or emotional stability, a habit of calm behaviour. Harmonic Balance: - Helping to bring mind, body and soul together for a more balanced lifestyle.

Within my practice of Sound Therapy no one “body” system is focused on in isolation, all are equal in their ability and necessity to enable the powerful shifts that sound can make in our lives. To work on only the physical level would be like a face only having a mouth to make sense of the world, to work on only the emotion level would be like the face only having eyes to see, but would not speak or hear. To fully understand the world we use all our senses so it is with sound, to reap the greatest benefits we work on all levels of our being.
